Relationship Manager | Current Account | A Leading Bank

Scope of the Role

As a current account relationship manager,you will be solely responsible for onboarding new to bank premium current account clients, providing them end to end product and services. You will be responsible for promoting and cross selling other banking products along with current account.

Job Description

1) Responsible for identifying potential current account customers, onboarding them and providing them end to end services.2) Provide advice and guidance on current account products and services3) Identify customer needs and provide the appropriate solutions to the same.4)  Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty.5)  Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.6) Maintaining MIS reports, ensure KYC norms and  complete adherence according to SEBI guidelines.

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with good communication skills, current account sales experience or exposure to corporate sales or enterprise sales, B2B sales or sales exposure from payment banks can also be considered  for the role.
