Scope of the Role

As a Relationship Manager for Current Accounts you will be responsible for acquisition of new Business Entity customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile and need of these current account customers

Job Description

  •  Develop and maintain relationships with current account customers
  • Provide advice and guidance on current account products and services
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with bank policies
  •  Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction 
  •  Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholder

Ideal Candidates

Candidates with good sales exposure in current account , TFX, B2B account management , Payment business  . Needs to have good  communication skills , should  be able to build strong relationships with clients, and work independently
