Scope of the Role
Relationship Manager for Trusts, Associations, Societies, Club’s, Religious Institutions, Educational Institutions etc will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. You will be the bridge between the TASC clients and the bank, Will have to acquire & deepen the relationships of TASC by cross selling other service to them
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on TASC & Institutional products and services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management.
Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidate should have fair knowledge in the acquisition of TASC, Government or Institutional accounts. Candidates from branch banking CASA acquisition with a good knowledge of TASC account opening or RM's managing the TASC & Govt accounts liability business can be considered.
