Scope of the Role
Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category – A priority customers. Provide best in class service to them. Identify the cross sell opportunities and provide wealth solutions to bridge the financial aspirations of the clients.
Job Description
1) Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
2) Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
3) Cross sells bank products to existing set of Customers.
4) Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
5) Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
6) Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other product.
7) Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with atleast 5 plus years of expereince in Banking or wealth management roles with any companies . Candidate should be an expert in banking and wealth products. HNI Client handling expereince should be a must for the role. Candidate should hold necessary certifications from the governing bodies like NISM and IRDA.
