Job Description
Generate leads and acquire customers for Affordable LAP through field sourcing, channel partners, and local market networking.
Assess customer income, property documents, and financial eligibility; coordinate with credit and legal teams for evaluations.
Guide customers through the loan application, documentation, and disbursement process with clear communication.
Maintain strong post-disbursement relationships, monitor repayment behavior, and support customers in resolving queries.
Ensure portfolio quality by conducting regular follow-ups, property checks, and timely collection interventions when required.
