Scope of the Role
The Relationship Manager will be at the forefront proactively nurturing and enhancing existing business relationships. The role is pivotal in client retention through effective communication, identification of upselling opportunities, and diligent risk management
Job Description
1) Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with agents and customers.
2) Understand agents' needs, objectives, and challenges to tailor solutions and services accordingly.
3) Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation.
4) Maintain regular communication with agents to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
5) Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agents, also ensure the proper setup and management of agent accounts.
6) Provide exceptional services to agent inquiries and requests, promptly and professionally.
7) Have a thorough understanding of onboarding agent files and train them to provide designated services.
8) Responsible for managing daily credit limits by referring to the reports shared by the credit team and updating agent limits as per the available data.
9) Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue.
10) Relay agent feedback and requirements to the relevant departments for action and maintain accurate records of agent interactions.
11) Analyze data to identify trends and insights for informed decision-making.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with 3+ years of experience in BPO sales preferably In finical products , Candidates with excellent sales flair with excellent communication skill can apply for this role. This will be a work from home but needs to attend weekly review at cochin.
