Relationship Manager | Insurance | A leading Insurance Company

Scope of the Role

This role is focused on driving insurance sales through Bank channel/ Agency channel, Direct channel partnerships by leveraging prior banking experience, customer handling skills, and branch relationships. Candidates will work closely with bank customers to cross-sell insurance products, achieve business targets, and build long-term client relationships. Strong growth opportunities are available into senior sales and leadership roles within the BFSI sector.

Job Description

1. Promote and sell life insurance products to customers.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with the bank branch team.

3. Identify customer needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions.

4. Generate leads from walk-in customers, existing bank accounts/ open market.

5. Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.

6. Provide after-sales service and support for policy-related queries.

7. Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

8. Maintain reports and update daily activity in the system.

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with one year of experience in banking sales or Insurance sales with good communication skill.
