Scope of the Role
- Cross sell new Life Insurance plans from the existing matured clients. Convert maturity customers into repeat buyers, improving retention ratios.
Job Description
- Identify opportunities to offer new insurance products, such as retirement plans, savings plans, child plans, annuities, or investment-linked products.
- Assess customer needs and financial goals to recommend suitable policies.
- Maintain and track the maturity pipeline for the assigned region/branches.
- Act as a single point of contact for maturity customers to ensure smooth service.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on maturity cases, conversions, and revenue generated.
Ideal Candidates
- We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in banking sales, broking, or related financial services, with strong communication and sales skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with NRI Banking experience, as a significant portion of the customer base comprises NRI clients.
