Scope of the Role
Relationship Manager for premium credit cards will be responsible to drive acquisition through bank's premium cards portfolio. Maintaining strong relationship, generate leads from HNI/UHNI/affluent clients give them quality services
Job Description
1) Acquire premium cards through direct channels, referrals and partner /corporate tie-ups.Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets with focus on quality sourcing (NTB, High spend profiles). 2) - Build long term relationships with premium customers acting as their primary point of contact 3) Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities ( loans, wealth, insurance etc), generate leads through networking, referral, events, corporates and wealth partners. 4) Coordinate with operations, KYC, and premium service team to ensure zero defect sourcing. 5) Resolve queries related to customer address, complaints, and service requests promptly, adhering to defined turnaround times and escalation protocols.
Ideal Candidates
Seeking for candidates with minimum 2 years sales experience of credit cards, corporate cards, retail assets etc can be considered for the role.
