Scope of the Role
Relationship Manager for premium credit cards will be responsible to drive acquisition through bank's premium cards portfolio. Maintaining strong relationship, generate leads from HNI/UHNI/affluent clients give them quality services
Job Description
- Acquire premium cards through direct channels, referrals and partner /corporate tie-ups.Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets with focus on quality sourcing (NTB, High spend profiles).
- Build long term relationships with premium customers acting as their primary point of contact
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities ( loans, wealth, insurance etc), generate leads through networking, referral, events, corporates and wealth partners.
- Coordinate with operations, KYC, and premium service team to ensure zero defect sourcing.
- Resolve queries related to customer address, complaints, and service requests promptly, adhering to defined turnaround times and escalation protocols.
Ideal Candidates
Seeking for candidates with minimum 2 years sales experience of credit cards, corporate cards, retail assets etc can be considered for the role.
