Scope of the Role
Develop new and expand existing, HNI Customer relationships for Priority Business by in-depth profiling of the client to identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by the Bank.Generate business across liabilities, assets and fee products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and client stickiness.
Job Description
1) Formulate and implement the sales plan to acquire new HNI clients and increase the customer base.
2) Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience.
3) Use investment expertise to conduct client portfolio reviews and showcase products as per clients requirements.
4) Ensure client contactability at all times though regular connect with them in weekly/ monthly calls.
5) Resolve client queries for the managed book within the specified TAT.
6) Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
7) Endure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all times.
