Job Description
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients Act as the main point of contact for all banking and financial needs Understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and lifestyle needs Wealth & Investment Advisory Recommend investment strategies (equities, bonds, mutual funds, alternative assets) Monitor and rebalance client portfolios Provide market insights and financial advice Financial Planning Assist with: o Retirement planning o Estate planning o Tax optimization (often with specialists) Create customized financial plans aligned with client goals Banking & Credit Services Offer tailored banking solutions (loans, mortgages, credit lines) Facilitate transactions and manage liquidity needs Business Development Acquire new high-net-worth clients Network through referrals, events, and professional connections Meet revenue and asset-under-management (AUM) targets Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all activities comply with financial regulations Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive client data
Ideal Candidates
Education: Preferrable Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field MBA or certifications like CFA/CFP are often preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Deep knowledge of financial markets and products Sales and relationship-building ability Analytical and problem-solving skills High level of discretion and professionalism
