Scope of the Role

The Relationship Manager ( Private Banking ) provides tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-HNWIs. They assess clients’ risk profiles and financial goals to recommend investment products like mutual funds, PMS, bonds, insurance, and structured products.

Job Description


  • Acquire and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-HNWIs.

  • Provide customized wealth management solutions including investments, insurance, estate planning, and structured products.

  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and risk profiling to align financial strategies with client goals.

  • Cross-sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, and deposits tailored for private banking clients.

  • Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.

  • Ensure high standards of client servicing, engagement, and retention through personalized interactions.

  • Achieve defined revenue, AUM (Assets Under Management), and client acquisition targets.

  • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory developments, and financial instruments.

  • Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and all internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Actively participate in marketing, client events, and networking activities to grow client base.
