Scope of the Role
NR – Private banker is responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of HNI / UHNI NR book of clients – Acquiring new clients , providing wealth advisory services to the NR Clients who have minimum exposure on 2 crore and above .
Job Description
1) Acquire & Manage NRI HNI/UHNI Clients: Build and maintain deep relationships with Non-Resident High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), offering personalized banking and wealth solutions.
2) Deliver Tailored Investment Advisory: Provide customized financial planning, including NRE/NRO deposits, FCNR accounts, mutual funds, insurance, and offshore investment opportunities.
3) Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to FEMA, RBI, KYC, and AML guidelines while managing all NRI-related transactions and documentation.
4) Achieve Business & Revenue Targets: Drive growth in CASA, AUM (Assets Under Management), investments, and fee-based income through effective cross-selling and portfolio management.
5) Leverage Global NRI Network: Expand client base through referrals, diaspora connections, and international business development initiatives, including roadshows and digital outreach.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with at least 10+ years of experience in NRI Banking as a Relationship Manager or Team leader with any banks .NR – Candidate should have excellent understanding on NR products with good base of HNI/ Super HNI Clients will be the ideal fitment for the role .
