Enhance product sales by new client acquisition and delivering high quality client service for customer retention.
Job Description
Age limit: Up to 28 years
1) Identify new market opportunities work towards client acquisition and lead generation through cold calling, different marketing campaigns.
2) Provide quality service to the leads generated through front line sales, cross sell initiatives, or throuh internal or external channels.
3) Manage the end to end customer journey from login to disbursement, including documentation, counselling, fulfilment and continuous handholding throughout the sanction and disbursal process.
4) Develop strong market relationships by actively engaging with local builders, business communities and exploring new channel partners to expand outreach and visiblity.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with home loan/ LAP or mortgage loans sales experience at least for an year in NBFC or in banking can be an ideal fitment for the role.
