Scope of the Role
As a Gold Loan Relationship Officer, responsible for sourcing, marketing and acquiring new gold loan customers to achieve sales targets. Managing the entire sales process, from identifying the prospects to loan disbursement and ensuring quality customer service standards.
Job Description
1) Identifying, sourcing and acquiring new customers from the market and maintinaing strong relationships. 2) Actively promoting gold loan products, conducting field visits and managing referrals. 3) Meeting monthly sales targetsfor loan amounts and customer acquisition. 4) Assisting customers with documentation, KYC verification, and coordinating with branch staff for appraisal. 5) Ensuring timely repayments, handling renewals, and reducing delinquency.
