Scope of the Role
Retail sales manager is responsible for sourcing the mutual fund business from National and Regional distributors, Independent financial advisors online MF Sales platforms and robo advisors , Acquiring new channel partners , managing the existing partners and generate good MF Leads and support them to close the same.
Job Description
1) Responsible for Relationship Management for Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Regional Distributors (RDs) for promoting Companies MF products and ensuring sales.
2) Achieving growth targets vis a vis AUM by executing the sales strategy through dedicated focus and aggressive approach towards building a strong relationship with channel partners as well as via online sales platforms.
3) Organizing and giving business opportunity presentations as well as to increase the customer base and ensuring far reaching presence and availability of products.
4) Responsible for achieving the targets on Gross and Net AUM as per the goal sheet.
5) Conduct
various activities and sessions on various products of the company and activate
maximum number of distributors.
Ideal Candidates
Ideal candidate needs to hold at least 3 years plus experience in mutual fund sales with any leading AMCs or Wealth Management companies. NISM certification is a must. Candidate needs to have sound knowledge of investment products and financial planning.
