Relationship Manager Real Estate Funding is to managing and growing relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients, while providing tailored financial solutions to support their real estate funding needs.
Job Description
Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with real estate developers, investors, and corporate clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, negotiations, and financing requests.

Understand clients’ business models, project needs, and funding requirements.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new real estate funding opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.

Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.

Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.

Credit & Funding Solutions

Structure and propose tailored funding solutions (construction finance, bridge loans, mezzanine finance, syndication, etc.) to meet client requirements.

Work closely with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate deal execution.

Monitor loan portfolios and ensure compliance with lending policies and risk parameters.

Market Intelligence

Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

Provide insights and recommendations to management on potential opportunities and risks.

Performance & Reporting

Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and relationship management targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and deal pipelines in the CRM system.

Prepare periodic performance and market analysis reports for management.

Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates experienced in Real Estate Funding or Large Corporate funding. Applicant must have a strong understanding of real estate project financing, loan structuring, and credit assessment. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in structured financing for real estate projects.
