Scope of the Role

Identifying new corporate prospects for opening salary accounts with a focus on quality of accounts . Build healthy relationship with the clients and increase banks wallet share by deepening and enhance the overall relationship

Job Description

  • Responsible for new corporate acquisitions and build relationships.
  • Ensure activation of all salary accounts.
  • Deepening of the salary relationship - new account acquisition and value build up in existing accounts.
  • Cross selling of all banking products at its core.
  • Responsible for handling a team of corporate salary RMs.
  • Maintaining call reports and MIS as required.
  • Maintaining a contact with the key people at the corporates.

Ideal Candidates

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a good understanding of the banking industry.  They should also be able to work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks. Looking for candidates with good experience as key accounts managers,B2B sales, corporate customer handling from any industry.
