Scope of the Role

As a Sales Manager for credit cards, you will be responsible for managing the assigned region to increase sales of credit cards through the sales team.  Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales. 

Job Description

1.Develop and implement strategies to increase credit card sales

2.Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Train and motivate sales team  & ensure they are meeting sales targets.

5 . Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase credit card sales

.6.Monitor and analyze customer trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with good knowledge in Credit Card and also smart enough in handling large number of NOP. Candidates from other banks, NBFC, Merchant Acquisition, or Telecom can be considered.
