Scope of the Role
The Sales Manager – Savings Account Liabilities will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new Savings Account customers and increasing liability book size for the bank. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing a team , and building strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Job Description
- Drive acquisition of Savings Accounts and other liability products - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual liability targets - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets - Increase CASA growth and overall liability book size - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business communities - Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base - Cross-sell products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and other banking solutions - Ensure discipline, adherence to process, and sales quality standards - Support team members in closing high-value or strategic accounts
Ideal Candidates
Candidate must be from the Banking industry with strong experience in Savings Account sales and team management, with at least 6+ year of experience in a Team Lead role
