Job Description
1) Manage and mentor a team of sales executives do ensure productivity and compliance. 2) Develop & implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention. 3) Drive sales for all assigned loan product. 4) Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth oppportunities. 4)Ensure adherence to credit policies risk guidelines and regulatory compliance.
