Scope of the Role
The Service Manager supports the NRI Private Banker / Wealth Managers by ensuring smooth account operations, prompt resolution of client queries, and high-quality client servicing.
Job Description
1. Client Servicing & Relationship Support
2) Act as the first point of contact for client requests and service issues.
3) Handle all account-related queries, transaction processing, and documentation.
4) Ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions (RTGS/NEFT, FD creation, demat, investments, etc.).
5) Coordinate with internal teams — operations, compliance, and investment desks — for seamless service delivery.
6) Ensure zero service-related errors and full regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with good Experience and Strong Wealth and Banking Product knowledge in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Priority Banking as Service Manager or Wealth Manager.
