Job Description
- Ensure achievement of the Topline Business Targets by sourcing business through channel teams. Building and nurturing relationships with the bank branches and cross-selling other products
- Ensure key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality.
- Ensure a Liaison with the departments and the team for the smooth functioning of the activities
- Create leads by identifying industries and design the proposal matching to the requirements of the customer.
- Meet customer service requirements through regular interactions with the customers to understand business condition, enhancement opportunity, etc.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with minimum 3 plus years of experience in handling working capital products provided by the bank. He should have strong knowledge in business banking products available in the market and should possess analytical and problem solving skills to meet the customer requirements
