Scope of the Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking sales positions (e.g., Relationship Managers, Business Development Executives, Wealth Managers, Sales Officers, etc.).
Job Description
· Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, sales targets, and candidate profiles.
· Source high-quality candidates using job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and field sourcing.
· Screen and assess candidates for sales capability, banking knowledge, target-orientation, and cultural fit.
· Conduct competency-based interviews using banking-industry benchmarks.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for bulk and niche sales roles.
· Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback with internal stakeholders.
· Ensure timely communication with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
· Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratios, sourcing mix, candidate conversions).
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks in the banking sector.
