Scope of the Role

 Acquire & deepen accounts of TASC Accounts - Trusts, Associations, Societies, Club’s, Religious Institutions, Educational Institutions etc .Deepening the existing relationships by cross selling other service to them.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction• Provide advice and guidance to clients on banking products and services• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions • Monitor customer accounts and provide timely updates on account activity • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies • Identify and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote banking products and services • Assist in the development of new banking products and services • Provide training and support to new and existing customers on banking products and services

Ideal Candidates

Candidates with TASC experience or with fair knowledge in acquisition of Current Accounts, TASC, Government or Institutional accounts.Candidates should have minimum 2yrs experience in Acquisition of CASA will be an advantage.
