Scope of the Role
As a team leader, you will be responsible for recruiting and training the sales team, identifying new market segment for business growth and maintaining key relationship with existing business networks. Should have a core knowledge about the industry and products, execute and implement plans to achieve the business targets.
Job Description
1) Identify new market segment and tap profitable business opportunities.
2) Recruit, train and manage the team members to achieve the targets.
3) Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of business Partners across assigned region.
4) Devise & implement marketing plans & activities for successful acquisition.
5) Ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market share.
6) Interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of franchisee at all levels; for maximum franchisee retention & achievement of revenues.
7) Maintaining excellent relations with key clients / business groups to generate referrals as well as build avenues for additional business.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with minimum 5 years experience in broking industry, should be confident and should have high energy levels, may have good ability to manage channel relationships in the market.
