Scope of the Role
The Team Leader – PCG will be responsible for managing and driving a team of Relationship Managers / Dealers focused on Equity and Derivatives business. The role involves revenue generation, client acquisition, team development, and ensuring high-quality advisory services to clients in the securities market.
Job Description
1) Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Dealers.
2) Set revenue targets and monitor team performance.
3) Drive productivity and ensure achievement of business goals.
4) Conduct regular training and skill development sessions.
5) Achieve individual and team revenue targets through Equity & Derivatives trading.
6) Drive brokerage generation and cross-selling of financial products.
7) Monitor market trends and guide the team on trading strategies.
8) Acquire high-value clients (HNI/UHNI) for Equity and Derivatives trading.
9) Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
10) Ensure superior client experience and retention.
Ideal Candidates
Key Requirements: ● NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) – Mandatory ● NISM Series VII (Securities Operations) or other relevant certifications preferred Experience: ● 5–10 years of experience in Equity & Derivatives / Broking Industry ● Minimum 2–3 years in a team handling or leadership role
