Scope of the Role
Team manager is responsible to manage a team of Relationship Managers for acquiring retail asset products. Train, develop and retain the relationship managers and equip them for the acquisition of various loan products. Responsible for the productivity of the entire team.
Job Description
1) Recruit, train and develop a team of relationship managers for acquiring retail asset products.
2) Support the team for customer meetings, identify the client financial requirements and identify the channel partner and log in the files.
3) Train the team about the various loan products offering by the channel partners and log in the clients files wisely.
4) Responsible for the entire productivity of the team.
5) Create marketing activities to create quality leads for the loan sales.
6) Co ordinate with the channel partners for the smooth flow of loan applications.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with 6 to 12 years of experience of retail loan sales, high preference to people with good exposure in any leading loan DSA firm who has well knowledge and exposure in retail assets products like Personal loans, Business loans , Working capital, Home loans , Loan Against Properties, Loan against securities ..etc.
