To lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Team executives focused on engaging with customers whose policies are nearing maturity — ensuring renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell of life insurance and investment products.
Job Description
Lead and manage a team of DSTs handling maturity customers across assigned territory.
Drive renewals, top-ups, and conversion of maturing policies to new business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for the maturity channel.
Ensure the team reaches out to all customers with upcoming maturities and provides suitable financial solutions.
Identify and execute cross-sell / up-sell opportunities from the existing customer base.
Guide, motivate, and train DSTs for improved productivity and customer engagement.
Monitor lead allocation, follow-up quality, and conversion ratios.
Collaborate with branch operations, service, and HO teams for seamless policy renewal and payout management.
Maintain strict compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with 5 to 10 years experience in BFSI in Handling a Direct sales team or Agency Channel
