Scope of the Role
As a TFx Counsellor you will be responsible for driving trade related products for the assigned region or branches. Will be responsible for acquiring & maintaining trade relationship and providing forex services, being an individual contributor will be receiving support from the branch team for achieving the business objectives.
Job Description
1) Responsible for initiating marketing activities for TFx products launched by central product team.
2) Handling customer queries and requirements of clients by liasing with operations/ product/ central team.
3) Responsible for income and foreign currency flow , achieving the target set for TFx products.
4) Cultivate relationshipswith individual & corporate customers.
5) Support the branch team in achieving the customer acquisition plan.
6) Undertake training of sales and relationship team as a subject expert.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with minimum 5 years experience in handling trade forex customers or emerging corporates will be an ideal fitment for the role.
