Scope of the Role

Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the required knowledge of life insurance products, sales strategies, and compliance norms. Identify training needs through performance reviews, business metrics, and feedback from bank partners and internal stakeholders. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Description

* Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the required knowledge of life insurance products, sales strategies, and compliance norms. * Identify training needs through performance reviews, business metrics, and feedback from bank partners and internal stakeholders. * Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to ensure continuous improvement. * Prepare and manage the annual training calendar in alignment with business goals and bancassurance partner requirements.. * Drive product training, sales capability building, and soft skill development for the bancassurance channel.

Ideal Candidates

*Candidates with minimum 3+ years of experience in training within the Bancassurance channel (Life Insurance) are preferred. *Prior experience in life insurance training (Banca channel mandatory) *Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills *Ability to handle multiple bank branches and partner teams *Candidates currently working as Training Managers or in similar L&D roles in life insurance companies will be given preference
