Scope of the Role

Responsible for Cross Sell & enhancing relationship with existing customers.  Selling of Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & Current account & Saving account. Generation of referrals from internal database. Generate business and cross sell all products and services of the Bank.

Job Description

1)     To engage regularly with the Imperia customers as defined by the contact policy and provide a Consistent & amp; Superior Digital Experience. Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the Bank has to offer.

2)  To enhance Customer Relationships & while doing so, Educate, Encourage & Induce the customers to use Digital mediums for their banking transactions/ needs while keeping a & to talk to the bank whenever the customer needs.

3)  Responsible for meeting the scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. So that the VRM becomes the top-of-the-mind recall amongst the customers in the catchment for all their financial needs and services, thereby ensuring that the VRM also achieves the key performance parameters set.

4)  Customer Engagement.

5 )  Continuous engagement with the portfolio customers mapped (500 to 600 groups/ PF) as per the contact policy, with accurate & complete capture of interaction details.

6)   Call handling as per defined standards.

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with excellent experience in HNI Client handling roles with any banks or wealth management companies. Candidate must know the local language along with excellent command on english as well. Candidate should knows about banking products and services. High preference to branch HNI relationship managers from other banks.
