Scope of the Role

Responsible for driving cross-selling of investment products and delivering wealth advisory services to HNI clients while supporting branch teams to enhance wealth product adoption.

Job Description

1. Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients

2. Provide tailored advice and solutions to meet clients’ financial needs

3. Identify and develop new business opportunities

4. Monitor and review clients’ portfolios 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

6. Prepare and present financial plans and strategies

7. Analyze market trends and recommend appropriate investments

8. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients

9. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients

10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services

11. Liaise with other departments to ensure client satisfaction

Cross-sell investment products (mutual funds, insurance, PMS, structured products) to HNI clients Provide personalized wealth advisory based on client goals and risk profile Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend investment strategies Activate branches by training and collaborating with RMs and sales teams Acquire new clients and grow existing portfolio to meet revenue targets

Ideal Candidates

Minimum 2+ years experience in HNI wealth management Strong knowledge of investment products and advisory Good relationship management and sales skills
