Scope of the Role

The Relationship Manager role focuses on managing affluent and emerging wealth customers by offering investment and wealth management solutions such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Demat, and other financial products.

Job Description

1) Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients. 2) Understand clients’ evolving financial goals, preferences, and risk tolerance. 3) Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service. 4) Onboard new clients and their families and ensure seamless transition into our premium segment offerings . 5) Drive incremental SA & TLV and WMS AUM growth from mapped clients. 6) Promote and cross-sell financial products and services. Take support from other verticals wherever required. 7) Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and retention. 8) Understanding Clients’ Financial Objective and Assisting in their Achievement 9 )Work with the customer on achieving his/her investments, insurance, retirement objectives. 10)Stay updated on market trends, economic policies, and financial products to offer relevant solutions.

Ideal Candidates

Looking for Candidates with 5+ years of experience with Banks or other wealth Management industries having good sales experience of CASA , Liability / TPP Products ,Bancassurance , Portfolio Management , Wealth Management , Handling NRI customers.
