Zonal Head for Micro Loan Against Property (Micro LAP) leads regional sales teams to achieve targets, manage channel partners, and ensure portfolio quality for secured business loans. They drive business growth in SME segments, focus on customer acquisition, and oversee credit compliance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Area Managers, Sales Officers, and Relationship Managers to meet monthly/quarterly targets. Business Development: Develop and execute zonal strategies to drive growth in the Micro LAP portfolio, specifically focusing on SME clusters and industrial areas. Channel Management: Identify, appoint, and manage Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), connectors, and referral partners to scale business, as shown in Naukri.com. Credit & Risk Management: Monitor portfolio quality, ensure proper documentation, and manage risk to prevent delinquency. Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, trade bodies, and business associations.
