Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies to acquire new customers for the bank. 
  • Analyze customer data to identify potential acquisition opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new cross sell opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze customer acquisition performance and recommend changes to improve results.
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to meet the bank’s growth objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage corporate salary packages for new hires.
