Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing Current Account acquisition and service within the designated area.
- Manages a team of officers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develops and implements strategies to increase current account business in the area.
- Monitors market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Collaborates with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote CA services to clients.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Conducts regular performance reviews and provides training and development opportunities for team members.
- Acts as a point of escalation for complex transactions and customer complaints.
- Prepares and presents reports on performance to senior management.
