Scope of the Role
Area Manager is responsible to manage a unit of Relationship Managers -Investments. Complete responsibility of their Income targets and support to increase the Investment AUM , New clients acquisition from the affluent and super affluent clients, as well as the cross sell revenue of the existing clients. Close monitoring of the entire portfolio and rest assure that the Relationship managers are adhered the compliance and other regulations from the governing authorities
Job Description
1) To handle a team of Relationship Managers Investments.
2) Enhancing the engagement of High Net worth Clients through joint visits.
3) Ensuring the income target of Relationship Managers and initiating thrust on crsoss sell.
4) Monitoring the quality sales and process in the RMs portfolio.
5) Ensure the recruitment and training of the Relationship Managers.
6) Monitor the portfolio of RMs and rest assure the proper products and services are advised to the clients.
7) Track and support the Relationship Managers to acquire new clients in the affluent and super affluent segment clients.
8) Rest assure the RMs and other cross functions are strictly adhere the KYC/SEBI rules ,regulations and legislation governing the financial service industry.
9) Increase the total investments AUM of the Relalationship Managers.
10) Demonstrate comprehensive financial planning capabilities, including assessing needs, identifying opportunities, and recommending financial solutions.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with at least 8 years plus experience in wealth management domain .preferably Senior Wealth Relationship Managers from Banks, Investment companies. Etc . Team handling expertise of at least an year can be an added advantage.
