Scope of the Role
Responsible for achieving the assigned TFX targets for the region / zone. Manage a unit of Sales Managers create a rapport with the RBB unit and other business verticals to achieve the said business KRA.
Job Description
1) Responsible for achieving assigned TFX targets for the region/Zone.
2) To discuss, present and update on progress of plan to achieve the targets to senior management
3) To regular monitor and increase in Asset book clients and utilization FB + NFB (Export finance limit- Pre-shipment & Post-Shipment // Import finance Limit – Buyers Credit , LCs // Bank Guarantee Limit, LCBD)
4) Increase in Non-individual transaction clients base ( Overall Portfolio).
5) Monitoring compliance & statutory pendency and co-ordinate with respective teams for regularization of same. Pendency like EDPMS outstanding, IDPMS outstanding , FDI Reporting , ECB Reporting.
6) Meeting with existing clients base and driving the team for smooth onboarding of clients and get involved in any negotiation with clients.
7) Participate and build relationship with industry influencer ( Multiple Business Associations and Professional firms like CA , Corporate CS & Consultants)
8)Regular meetings, Attending Business Reviews and Co-ordinate with ABMs & RBMs to drive branches and with other segment to achieve FX target.
Ideal Candidates
Preferred Qualification MBA / CA
• 12-15 years of experience in Trade and FX. Experience in Team handling would be added advantage.
• Hands On Experience and Knowledge FEMA Guidelines .
• Preferred required Skills : Data analysis, Channel Management, Good Presentation Skills, MS Office & Word
