Area Sales Manager | Broking | A leading Brand

Scope of the Role

Area Sales Manager is responsible to handle a team of 3 to 4 sales managers, and each sales will be responsible to handle a team of 7 relationship managers and they are responsible to acquire new clients for the company and increase the wallet share by cross selling of other products.

Job Description

1) Handling a larger sales team for acquisition of Demat clients.

2) Recruit , train , develop and retain the sales team and equip them to source the business from the market.

3) Responsible for the P/L of the assigned business unit.

4) Conduct activities to create quality leads and conduct training programs to give awareness about the investment opportunities.

5) Provide proper training support on the new products and service implemented by the company.

6) Identify the cross sell opportunities and increase the wallet share.


Ideal Candidates

Candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience in Financial sector sales where in he /she has at least 3 to 4 years of experience in broking field. Preferably candidates with excellent team handling experience of managing a larger business unit also.
