Scope of the Role

Responsible for the credit card business across the assigned territory with the help of a large sales unit including 7 to 8 sales managers and 30 to 40 sales officers

Job Description

1) Responsible for Credit cards sales across the assigned market through Retail branch banking channels.

2) Handle a team of sales managers and each sales managers needs to handle a team of sales officers.

3) Create and maintain a coordial relationship with RBB CHs, BMs and other sales forces to generate quality leads for credit card sales and same has to be closed with the support of front-line sales unit.

4) Conduct various marketing activities to generate quality leads for credit cards.

5) Handle the queries of Credit and complete responsibilities from log in to disbursal and manage the MIS properly on the business funnel of the whole team.

6) Ensure the team has met the minimum customer interaction numbers , Understand and bridge the knowledge gap of the front line by arranging the proper inhouse and field training.

Looking for Candidates with 10 plus years of experience in Banking, Telecom , Merchant Acquiring of which 5 plus years of experience in handling a larger business unit .
