Area Sales Manager
Responsible to drive the secured business loan product across branches, DSA s and connector networks. Manage the productivity of Relationship Managers and sales managers.Rest assure that the team has met all the regulatory compliance.
Job Description
1) Manage Secured Business Loans/LAP for given Area by leading the unit of Sales Managers and Relationship Managers

3) Ensure that overall revenue targets for the unit are met every month.
4) Ensure that overall revenue targets are achieved as per approved matrix for the area from all revenue sources (processing fees, cross selling etc.).
5) Ensure profitability targets are met for all products in the assigned area.
6) By identifying the potential market, initiate branch network expansion through network planning.
7) Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues and generate revenue from untapped markets
8) Ensure review of all cases in assigned area to understand customer profile and conduct Sales Personal Discussion (PD) to ensure correct sourcing.
9) Follow and guide the team on required compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for a localite of Karnataka with 6+ years of experience in LAP/Secured business loan with atleast 2+ years of team handling experience. Preferably people working with NBFCs or Small fin banks.
