Asset desk manager | Branch Banking | A Leading Bank

Scope of the Role

  • Asset Desk Manager is the sole responsible for entire branch retail asset business KRA. He/She has to co ordinate with all the branch staff, generate quality leads for various loan products and convert the same.

Job Description

  1. Responsible  for selling asset products and services to customers, and for driving the bank's cross-sell business
  2. Identifying sales opportunities for retail asset products to existing customers
  3. Looking for new customers and building new relationships and Managing business relations with existing customers and branch resources 
  4. Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue.
  6. Provide guidance and support to branch staff on asset desk related matters.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for the bank.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase asset desk profitability. 

 


Ideal Candidates

  • Candidates with 3plus Years of experience in banking or NBFC loan sales. High preference to candidates with excellent sales track record of Gold loan and Personal Loan sales. Candidate should have excellent communication and preferred only local candidates .Excellent lead generation and conversion skills. Ability to successfully work of a team.
