Scope of the Role
As an Assistant Acquisition Manager at a leading bank, you will be responsible for driving CASA (Current Account Savings Account) banking sales. You will be the face of the bank, engaging with customers and helping them make informed decisions. You will be the go-to person for all their banking needs. You will be the one to ensure that the bank's products and services are promoted and sold in an effective manner.
Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers for CASA banking products.
- Monitor and analyze customer acquisition trends and develop strategies to increase customer base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and evaluate new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze customer acquisition costs and develop strategies to reduce costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer referrals.
Ideal Candidates
An Ideal candidate should have minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in BFSI sales or acquisition of CASA. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and have a positive attitude. They should also have a good understanding of banking products and services, especially CASA (Current Account Savings Account) banking sales. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
