Job Description
• Responsible for the overall performance of the branch and ensuring that all targets are met. • Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer base and profitability. • Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and policies. • Managing the branch staff and providing guidance and support. • Monitoring and evaluating branch performance and taking corrective action when necessary. • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders. • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. • Identifying and resolving customer complaints and queries. • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the branch. • Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities. • Developing and implementing new products and services to meet customer needs.
