Scope of the Role

As the Branch Head of a leading bank, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch. You will be the face of the bank, leading a team of professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will be the go-to person for all branch related matters and will be the driving force behind the branch's success. With your enthusiasm and leadership, you will be the one to take the branch to the next level.

Job Description

• Responsible for the overall performance of the branch and ensuring that all targets are met. 
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer base and profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
 • Monitoring and controlling the branch’s financial performance.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
• Managing the branch’s staff and ensuring that they are adequately trained and motivated. 
• Ensuring that the branch is adequately staffed and that all staff are performing to the required standards.
• Ensuring that the branch is adequately stocked with cash and other banking products.
 • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the branch’s products and services.
• Monitoring customer feedback and taking corrective action where necessary.
• Ensuring that the branch is providing excellent customer service.
 • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for a Branch Head with a light-hearted attitude and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the banking industry and person should have a Branch manager exposure of atleast 3 years with any leading banks, with a proven track record of success in leading a team. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and inspire their team. They should also have a strong understanding of banking regulations and be able to manage risk effectively. The ideal candidate should be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be able to think outside the box.
