Scope of the Role
The Branch Head will be responsible for the overall success of the branch . Branch head will be the face of the bank, will be the go-to person for all branch related matters , Will be resposible to lead a team of professionals to ensure customer satisfaction , operational excellence and revenue targets are met and make the branch Profitable .
Job Description
- Responsible for the overall performance of the branch and ensuring that all targets are met.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer base and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
- Monitoring and controlling the branchâ??s financial performance.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Managing the branchâ??s staff and ensuring that they are adequately trained and motivated.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the branchâ??s products and services.
Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking industry for which 2 years as Branch Manager with a proven track record of success in leading a team. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and inspire their team . Candidate need to have a strong understanding of banking regulations and be able to manage risk effectively.
