Scope of the Role

As the Branch Head of a leading bank, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch. You will be the face of the bank, leading a team of professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will be the go-to person for all branch related matters and will be the driving force behind the branch's success. With your enthusiasm and leadership, you will be the key to the branch's success

Job Description

1)  Responsible for the overall performance of the branch and ensuring that all targets are met.
2)  Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer base and profitability.

3)  Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and policies.

4)  Managing the branch staff and providing guidance and support.

5)  Monitoring and evaluating branch performance and taking corrective action when necessary.
6)  Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
7)  Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.> Identifying and resolving customer complaints and queries.
8)  Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the branch.Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with good experience in banking as a branch manager , High preference to candidates who promoted from an RM to BM with the current organisation. Age should be Prefering  to less than 40 years and candidates with excellent local market experience. Candidate must have excellent communication and aware about the various rules and regulations from the regulatory bodies.
