As the Branch Operation Manager for Retail Branch Banking you will be the heart and soul of our branch. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of dedicated employees, and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.
Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Branch.
- Develops and implements strategies to increase branch profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Conducts regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop and execute branch-specific initiatives.
- Monitors and analyzes branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensures that all branch staff are trained and knowledgeable about bank products and services.
- Handles escalated customer complaints and resolves issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key clients and business partners to drive business growth.
- Stays updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
- Reports to senior management on branch performance, goals, and strategies.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with 5 to 6 years of exposure in Branch Banking Operations with good experience in implementing strategies to increase branch profitability and customer satisfaction , Conducts regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements or candidates from Retail Branch Banking with good knowledge on Branch Operations can be considered
