Scope of the Role

As the Branch Operation Manager for Retail Branch Banking  you will be the heart and soul of our branch. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of dedicated employees, and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.

Job Description

  1. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations  of the Branch.
  2.  Develops and implements strategies to increase branch profitability and customer satisfaction.
  3. Conducts regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  4. Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop and execute branch-specific initiatives. 
  5.  Monitors and analyzes branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 
  6.  Ensures that all branch staff are trained and knowledgeable about bank products and services. 
  7. Handles escalated customer complaints and resolves issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 
  8. Develops and maintains relationships with key clients and business partners to drive business growth. 
  9. Stays updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market. 
  10.  Reports to senior management on branch performance, goals, and strategies.

Ideal Candidates

Candidates with 5 to 6 years  of  exposure in Branch Banking Operations with good experience in implementing  strategies to increase branch profitability and customer satisfaction , Conducts regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements or candidates from Retail Branch Banking with good  knowledge on Branch Operations can be considered
