Scope of the Role
As a Branch Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and manage a Unit of sales team for sourcing current accounts and savings account, Cross sell of other financial products and responsible for generating both accounts and funds.
Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to increase CASA , deposits and cross-sell other banking products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and motivate branch sales team to ensure they are meeting sales targets.
- Monitor and review branch sales staff performance and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to increase customer retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Ideal Candidates
Candidate from Banking industry with a strong base and exposure in CASA sales , high preference to candidates with at least 1 year plus experience as a team lead. High preference to candidates who can join in <2 months notice period.
